DIRECTOR, PEOPLE & CULTURE

Rick Williams is the Director of People and Culture at ScaleFluidly. He is responsible for the professional growth of our people and is hyper focused on fostering an innovative and supportive company culture. Since joining ScaleFluidly in 2022, Rick has strived to build a learning platform that supports teaching and learning while also ensuring people thrive in ScaleFluidly's ecosystem, both internally and client-facing.

Prior to his work at ScaleFluidly, Rick led two premier middle schools in the state of North Carolina. His passion for teaching, learning, and fostering a culture of innovation has been foundational in his years as a principal and in his current ScaleFluidly role. The CPQ/CRM, software-as-a-service, and digital transformation space motivates Rick and ScaleFluidly's employees to be their best for their clients.

Rick holds a bachelor's degree in English from Dickinson College and a master's in Educational Leadership from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
